Samsung announced its first GPS navigator equipped smartphone ‘SGH-i550’ during Symbian Smartphone Show in London.

Samsung given i550 a candy bar-type design and its comes out with the latest Symbian OS™ v9.2 and S60 3rd Edition, From the Feature Pack 1 we can download thousands of applications from the S60 applications library and have access to their favorites by using dedicated hot keys. The GPS navigator helps us while driving with a voice activated turn-by-turn guidance.

Samsung i550 features includes HSDPA 3.6 Mbps, 128 MB RAM, 2.6-inch LCD display, 3.2 M ega pixel camera,150MB of on inbuilt memory and an FM radio. It will be available from November 2007.
